After he was sealed, his pot was put in the storeroom, where Natsume and Nyanko-sensei accidentally stumbled upon. He offered to tell the location of the room where Matoba puts Natsume's bag in exchange for the Book of Friends. However Natsume refused to trade with the Book of Friends.
