Etymology[]
- The name Misae is written in kanji/hiragana (みさ江), which has no special meaning except the kanji "江" means "bay, inlet". However, when part of the name Misa (1) is written in kanji (美沙, 海沙, 三幸 or 三桜), it could possibly mean:
- 美沙 - "beautiful" (美) (mi) and "sand" (沙) (sa).
- 海沙 - "sea, ocean" (海) (mi) and "sand" (沙) (sa).
- 三幸 - "three" (三) (mi) and "happiness, good luck" (幸) (sa).
