It has been a while, hasn't it? How are you doing, Miyan?
I've been busy with my own work, but I've kept to my promise of visitting every so often to look over the progress that is made here. And I am very pleased to see the wiki advancing, especially with the new season coming up. A fifth season... only so many mainstream series can ever get up to three. Either they are something like Naruto or a series with a heavy following & and good contents such as the Monogatari series. Natsume Yuujinchou has shown that it has that quality too then... I hope it will be another soothing and blissful season to watch.
Enough of my little spiel, you seem to have been real busy in keeping the wiki in order, to the point that you are rightfully its leader than me (I'm just a more... parent-like watcher?). If you ever have any questions, as usual, please ask. I'm still alive, just busy elsewhere and unable to contribute here in the way you have.
May you have a good day, and let's look forward to that next season.
I do need to apologize though, haven't been keeping an eye on the site much lately. Although, its good seeing that some new contributors are coming due to the latest anime season. Have you heard the 6th season also coming this Spring? I've got a lot to catch up with the series too, haha.
Since we're both unable to contribute actively anymore, I hope you don't mind I'm opening the adminship to anyone interested. The site do deserve an active admin overseeing stuff.
Hope to hear from you soon. Again I do apologize for the inactiveness.
No need to apologize on the part of not being active. You've been active in my stead, so if you feel the need to have someone take up the active baton, then let it be. I too am excited for season six, so having someone who can help as one would be nice. However, make sure they are not just anyone.
Thank you for your comment on my fan site in last November. I'm sorry for this late reply. I was too busy in this winter and no day off. Also thank you for insight about manga Natsume Yujinchou Vol.18. Now I watched your Anime Natsume Yujinchou wiki, so hard work and so many information!
Unfortunately, I am too busy at my work to collaborate you. Please keep up your grate job!
Thank you for spending some time to reply here. I understand everyone is busy with one life, but we still big fans of Natsume series. I know you do too. You're doing a great job keeping up the site too even with the busy schedule.
As in our local editing rules, it should be the first name and then the surname later, following the American pattern. I would change that right away, thanks again for pointing that out.
The reason they were still Natori Shuuichi, Taki Tooru...etc because I just familiarize them like that while watching the anime. Since most of the time I'm the only one editing here, I don't really see it was such a problem. But then again, rules are rules, I will rename them accordingly. Thanks and have a nice day to you.
Um..Natsume did called her Taki, seems like the anime using surname to address someone, even when they so obviously bestfriends like Natsume, Nishimura and Kitamoto. Don't best friends usually call us by our first name?
Although, if they all started calling Natsume as Takashi instead, they won't know that he's related to Reiko (or Natsume's Book of Friends would be known as Takashi's Book of Friends), maybe that's the reasoning behind that..
Umm... when some people (especially boys) call their best friends, they use friends' family name without "san" or "kun" (post-nominal honorific title) in Japanese. Of course, other people use friends' first name (regardless of using honorific or not), too.
Certainly, Called Natsume seems very perfectly for Natsume 's book of friends!! It didn't come to me!
P.S. Sorry, I don't know where I can check Chizu Sakanaka's family name at, so I wasn't able to add her name written in Chinese characters.
Her base tempalte has all her info. The issue I'm talking about is the font color that blends terms such as "Gender" and "Voice Actor" into the background of the same template. Both are white, so at first glance, you only see the info on the right side, but not the guide on the left. I can see "Satsuki Yukino" but not the "Voice Actor" on the left.
My guess, you're not using Chrome browser then? I'm using Chrome, so I can see those just fine, but when viewing the site using Mozilla, its just like what you've described. Apparently the gradient colors setting used for the left-side explanation rendered them invisible/white.
Well, I only brought up the topic because it can become a minor issue for new users. They might figure out eventually, but still, when you see an info-box saying "green," with nothing to the side, your first thought would be "green WHAT!?" Correct?
I'm perfectly fine otherwise. I saw the results of viewing this site on Chrome and the result you talked of came out. The issue, as I thought, the wiki loads a lot less quickly compared to my mozilla (by god, even when I have 10+ tabs on my mozilla, it beats Chrome in loading time, which only has two open, one being a "new tab"....)
Aha, well you got me there. Honestly I've never opened wikia on another browser, so that kind of thing kinda nonexistent for me. Although I did aware of such different browsers issue on other wiki site, but I just brushed it off as isolated cases. I'm waiting for staff help on this.
